AXA begins COVID-19 social media campaign

It will support 1,200 ICUs in 60 countries, including Singapore.

AXA has launched a global social media campaign to support 1,200 intensive care units in 60 countries, including Singapore, according to a news release.

By posting on Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram with the hashtag #AXASolidarityResponse, each employee will unlock a $7.78 (EUR5) donation to the 101 Fund and will have the opportunity to make a personal donation on a dedicated 101 Fund page.

Donations will support training programmes for the management and treatment of patients in intensive care units and the development of clinical research dedicated to COVID-19. It will also enable 101 Fund to develop artificial intelligence algorithms to predict the occurrence of complications in the treatment of the virus.
