Kristal.AI launches digital family office
A Variable Capital Company was also launched at the same time.
Private wealth management platform Kristal.AI has launched a new digital family office and a Variable Capital Company (VCC) along with it.
Launched in January 2020, the VCC is a new corporate structure for investment funds with a variety of benefits such as segregation of sub-funds to mitigate risk, re-domiciliation, and having the option of an umbrella fund structure that can generate cost efficiencies.
According to Kristal.AI, the VCC presents a unique opportunity for the company to streamline its offering to its clients, including single-family offices, wealth managers, and individual investors. It also enables investors to tap into Singapore’s thriving investment ecosystem whilst the digital delivery makes it more convenient for investors to leverage the efficiency of Kristal.AI’s digital platform and enjoy a leaner cost structure.
“With our new Digital Family Office Solution and VCC structure, we can provide investors with a more strategic and flexible way to manage their assets while connecting them to the greater regional market. As a wealth manager for the digital era, we can also give them the sort of sophistication, transparency and efficiency that only a digital-first platform can provide,” founder and CEO of Kristal.AI Asheesh Chanda said.
