ACRA announces board changes
Three new members have been appointed to the board.
The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) has named Ramlee Bin Buang as a Member of the Public Service Commission (PSC), starting from 1 August 2022, for a five-year term in the first instance.
Ramlee has over 30 years of experience with multinational corporations in business development. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Finance Officer, and Director of Cerebos Pacific before he founded Uyko Advisory in 2014.
Tan Puay Boon was appointed as Chairman of the Competition Appeal Board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry with effect from 1 September 2021.

Tan has over 30 years of experience in the Singapore Legal Service. Prior to his appointment, Judicial Commissioner (JC) of the Supreme Court in 2018. In 2015 he was Chief Information Officer of the Ministry.
In addition, Yeo Wenshan steps in as the Senior Director of Housing at Singapore’s Ministry of National Development (MND).
Yeo held leadership roles in the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Law, and Ministry of Home Affairs and is also experienced in the banking sector.
