Bright Point International Financial enters SGX's derivatives market

SGX now has 70 trading and 30 clearing members.

Bright Point International Financial has become the latest derivatives trading and clearing member of SGX.

With Bright Point International Financial's addition, the total derivates trading and clearing members of SGX have reached 70 and 30, respectively.

The company offers trading access to global markets, clearing of exchange-traded and over-the-counter (OTC) products, and structured trade services. 

“We welcome the addition of Bright Point International Financial (SG) Pte. Ltd. as our derivatives clearing and trading member. Their expertise and robust capabilities add greater depth and vibrancy to our market and ecosystem, especially in commodity derivatives where SGX has seen exceptional volume growth amid heightened risk management,” Pol de Win, head of Global Sales and Origination for SGX Group, said.
