Chart of the day: About 6 in 10 investors are unsatisfied with their wealth firms
Singapore ranks seventh in overall investor satisfaction amongst eight Asian markets.
This chart by Accenture reveals that around 57% of Singaporean investors are unsatisfied with their wealth management firms, ranking the Lion City in seventh place amongst eight markets in Asia.
Only 27% of 501 Singaporean investors surveyed in Accenture’s The Future of Asia Wealth Management report said that they are satisfied with their wealth management firms whilst 16% felt extremely satisfied.
This is despite 89% of investors feeling satisfied or even extremely satisfied that their investment expectations were met or exceeded.
