A total of $64 million went down the sink in 3Q16, the second-highest quarterly loss in at least five years, as 247 condo sellers incurred losses. Bringing Singapore one step closer to becoming Asia’s primary hub for fintech, IBM has unveiled its plans for the creation of Centre for Blockchain Innovation - the first of its kind in the Singapore.
