Of this, 8 were small and medium enterprises.

DBS Foundation announced it awarded a total of $3m grant to 15 social enterprises and 8 small and medium enterprises.

The grant is expected to scale the growth and impact of the 23 awardees, which will be in addition to the Foundations community of more than 10 businesses.

“These businesses play an increasingly important role in creating new solutions to improve lives and livelihoods, and enable change,” Karen Ngui, Group Head, DBS Strategic Marketing and Communications and Board Members of DBS Foundation, said.
