
Haverkamp is wrong about our consumer education: MAS
MAS refuted Larry Haverkamp’s statement on BT that its consumer education provides the industry with a platform to disseminate its self-serving views.
Communications Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ms Angelina Fernandez, issued a response to the article entitled “Consumers deserve more clarity on insurance policies” published on BT on 1 July.
