
Qapita secures investment from East Ventures
The funds will be used to build its team in Singapore, India, and Indonesia.
Singapore-based digital equity management platform Qapita announced that it has secured an undisclosed investment from venture capital firm East Ventures
According to Qapita, the funding will be used to strengthen its team in Singapore, India and Indonesia, accelerate product development and build clientele.
In September 2020, Qapita raised $2.39m (US$1.8m) in a seed round led by Vulcan Capital.
Qapita helps private companies and startups manage capitalisation tables and employee stock ownership plans. It was founded in September 2019 by CEO Ravi Ravulaparthi, COO Lakshman Gupta, and CTO Vamsee Mohan.
