It's expecting 25,000 participants this year.
The second Singapore FinTech Festival kicked off today and is expecting 25,000 participants this year.
According to a press release, a new feature this year is the Investor Summit or Deal Day, which will allow Singapore-housed fintech startups to access funding from both local and global investors.
Events from last year such as the fintech conference, the global fintech hackcelerator, and the fintech awards, will also make a return this year.
The three-day fintech conference on 14-16 November will serve as a platform for over 160 leaders in the financial sector to speak to festival audiences.
The festival will run from 13 to 17 November to be capped off by the new feature Deal Day.
The event has been organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), in partnership with The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) and in collaboration with SingEx Holdings.
