UOB KayHian reported a net profit of $113.9m in H1 2024, up 64.3% year-on-year (YoY) from $69.3m in H1 2023.
Revenue for the period rose 10.2% YoY to $317m from $287.8m a year ago.
The company attributed the growth to strong equity market performance and higher trading volumes in the U.S., which sustained robust investor activity for the period.
Earnings per share stood at $0.1264, up from $0.0783.
