The Board of Asiasons WFG Financial announced the retirement of Tan Soo Kiat as Director. He is retired by rotation pursuant to Article 88 of the company's annual general meeting held 27 April 2012, according to a Asiasons WFG Financial report.
Mr Tan, 53, was appointed to the post 29 April 2011.
