David Philbrick Conner resigns as Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp director

After being in the OCBC Board for more than 12 years he is moving back to the United States to be closer to his family.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp (OCBC) announced the resignation of David Philbrick Conner as non-executive and non-independent director effective 31 August 2014.

Mr Conner, 65, was also a member of Executive and Risk Management Committees.

He was appointed to the post on 15 April 2002, according to an Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp report.
