Great Eastern Holdings announced the retirement of Fang Ai Lian as chairman of the board.
Mrs Fang, 64, was also chairman of the Executive and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees, according to a Great Eastern Holdings report.
She was appointed to the post 1 April 2008.
