Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See-Yan decided to cease his involvement with the company at the age of 72.
The Board of Great Eastern Holdings announced the retirement of Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See-Yan as Director, Member of Audit Committee. Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin has decided to retire and will not be offering himself for re-appointment at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
He was appinted to the post September 28, 1999.
