Ho Kim Leng resigned as Attilan Group's CFO

He is to pursue other career options.

Mr. Ho, 40, was appointed on November 30, 2015. He was responsible for the accounting and financial functions of the company and the group.

He was CFO for Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings rom July 4, 2014 to November 12, 2015. He was in Investor Relations at Yamada Green Resources from January 2014 to June 2014. He was CFO for Powerland AG from July 2012 to March 2013 and for Xin Hui Huang International Group from July 2011 to October 2011. He was assistant VP for Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore from April 2010 to June 2011 and for Genesis Capital from December 2006 to March 2010. He was assistant manager for KPMG Senior Associate from June 2006 to November 2006 and staff accountant for Crowe Horwath First Trust Partnership from December 2004 to June 2006.
