Net Pacific Financial Holdings appoints Cheung King Kwok as director
He is the managing director of DJS Financial Management.
Net Pacific Financial Holdings announced the appointment of Cheung King Kwok as independent non-executive director.
Mr Cheung, 60, will also become chairman of Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nominating Committee. He will also be a member of the Renumeration Committee, according to a Net Pacific Financial Holdings report.
He was the managing director of DJS Financial Management and an independent director of Joyas International Holdings. Before this, he was director at Jets Technics International Holdings from May 2004 to February 2013.
