Net Pacific Financial Holdings appoints Zhou Wen Jie as non-executive chairman
He will replace Ben Lee, who has been re-designated as a non-executive director.
The Board of Net Pacific Financial Holdings announced the appointment of Zhou Wen Jie as Non-Executive Chairman.
Mr. Zhou's acquisition of a 40% shareholding interest in Full Join Holdings Limited (“Full Join”) from Win Wealth Group Limited (20%), Quad Sky Limited (17.9%) and Net Pacific International Limited (2.1%), Mr Zhou is deemed interested in the 300,000,000 shares in the capital of Net Pacific Financial Holdings Limited (the “Company”) held by Full Join, representing 57.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
In connection therewith, Mr Zhou has been appointed as the new non-executive Chairman of the Company in place of Mr Ben Lee, who has been re-designated as a Non-executive Director of the Company, according to a Net Pacific Financial Holdings report.
Mr Zhou, 44, is currently the executive director of Global Metals Limited which he founded in 1998. With over 15 years of experience in the industry of recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, Mr Zhou also holds non-executive directorships in various companies involved in the metal recycling business.
In addition, he also invests in property developments and investments in the PRC and Australia, private equity funds in the PRC, fund management, and metal recycling related businesses.
