Noble Group names Irene Lee Yun Lien as Director

He is also an Audit Committee Member, and Investment and Capital Markets Committee Member.

The Board of Directors has reviewed the qualifications and experience of Ms Lee and, with the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, is of the view that based on Ms Lee's working experience, she will be able to contribute positively to the Company, according to a Noble Group report.

Irene Lee, 58, has an extensive background in the finance industry. Over the past 30 years she has held senior positions in investment banking and funds management in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. Previously, Irene was an executive director of Citicorp Investment Bank, Head of Corporate Finance at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and CEO of Sealcorp Holdings Limited.
