The Board of G.K. Goh Holdings announced the retirement of Tang See Chim as independent director.
Mr Tang was also chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee, according to a G.K. Goh Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 2 March 1995.
