The Assembly Ground will choose for you the coffee that best suits you
It’s an Australian concept brought to Singapore.
The 64-seater Assembly Ground which opened on June 2, is established as a gathering place for friends and loved ones to share stories over a cup of good coffee and food with warm ambience.
The Assembly Ground is inspired by serving personal and classic food with a bit of inventive sizzle and also taking the fast from fast food, the quality and ambience of casual dining and adding a focus on health and freshness all at low double-digits average bills.
According to a spokesperson, the founders modeled the concept after their favourite cafes in Melbourne.
What makes this dining enclave different is that it is actually a retail + F&B concept all rolled into one. Their servers, usually selects the choice of coffee for the customers depending on what food is ordered to pair with the food ordered, but customers are free to choose which beans they prefer.
The Assembly Ground provides a combination of food and coffee at value pricing. Its menu and ambience is simple, yet boast a slight edgy cool-chic factor as the main priority is about great-quality, well-produced, well-served food and coffee at a reasonable price.
The Assembly Ground offers two types of brews, the 22 Martin blend by Common Man Coffee Roasters which has a more chocolate-y aroma and is heavy bodied, and the 4 Chairs blend by Nylon Coffee, which is which is slightly acidic with fruity tones, medium bodied and a clean finish.
