Indulge in Indocafe's Peranakan High Tea menu
In a release, Indocafe unveiled its Peranakan High Tea menu which is available between 3pm to 5.30pm daily exclusively at the Arts & Cultural Centre of INDOCAFE – the white house, a charming Straits-Peranakan establishment nestled amidst the lush greenery of Scotts Road.
The afternoon high tea set offered at the Arts & Cultural Centre includes four savoury bites, two nonya kuehs and a refillable portion of four sweet pastries and two scones.
Savoury highlights include Mini Steamed Penang Otah with Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Kurobuta Buah Keluak on Crispy Man Tou, Mini Grilled Seafood Nasi Lemak and Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang on Crunchy Rice Cracker, while the pastry and scone selection comprises heady options ranging from Chendol Pudding, Chocolate Cake and Assorted Macarons to Parmesan Cheese Scones and Coconut Scones.
Choose from three tea options promising varying levels of indulgence. For simpler fare, opt for the Peranakan High Tea set, which entitles diners to the main spread alongside their choice of coffee or tea.
Coffee enthusiasts may wish to sip a steaming cup of rare 100% Wild Kopi Luwak, one of the world’s rarest coffees, alongside their light bites as part of the Kopi Luwak High Tea set.
Those who prefer their tipple can instead have the Sparkling High Tea set, which pairs a glass of chilled and deliciously sweet Moscato d’Asti perfectly with the selection of pastries.
The Peranakan High Tea set is priced at S$34++ per person, while the Kopi Luwak High Tea set and Sparkling High Tea set are priced at S$64++ per person and S$49++ per person respectively.
