Buona Terra rolls out fresh Spring menu
In a release, Buona Terra presents its Spring Menu which features an array of dishes, specially put together by Chef Denis for this season only.
Some of the must-try menu items include Fiore di Zucca con Granchio Reale e Crema di Fave, a Zucchini Flower generously stuffed with King Crab atop Broad Beans Cream, followed by Italy’s local delicacy of Lingua di Vitello Croccante con Insalata Primaverile, a Crispy Slow Cook Veal Tongue with Spring Salad.
Guests can also indulge in seafood items such as Tagliolini con Gamberi Rossi e Passata di Porro, homemade Tagliolini with succulent Red Prawns and Leek Cream.
Buona Terra also offers wines selections from various parts of Italy. Guests can choose to pair their preferred course of the meal with wine or perhaps leave it to Gabriele, Buona Terra’s in-house sommelier who will recommend the perfect pairing of wines to bring out the essence of this Spring Menu.
Buona Terra's seven-course Spring Menu is available at only $128++. It is located among the row of colonial buildings along 29 Scotts Road, Singapore.
