According to the release, Hua Ting’s Group Masterchef Chan Kwok and Masterchef Lap Fai have crafted Prosperity Set Menus brimming with traditional Lunar New Year favourites and Signature dishes with a creative flair.
All set to impress, specialty dishes include Sautéed Australian Lobster with Fresh Lily Buds and Broccoli in Homemade XO Sauce, Pan-fried Fillet of Waygu Beef, Braised Boston Lobster with Black Truffle Paste, Sautéed Coral Clams and Pacific Clams with Seasonal Greens in Spicy Sichuan Sauce.
As wellas Braised Noodles with Tiger King Prawn in Spicy Shrimp Paste, Fried Rice with Australian Lobster Head and De-shelled Claw topped with Egg White and Salmon Roe.
Hua Ting’s $8888 gourmet feast consisting of premium ingredients from all around the world.
Exquisite Cantonese dishes which includes Braised Whole Japan “Wo Ma” Dried Abalone (20 Heads) with Whole Top Grade Fish Maw, Fa Cai and Seasonal Greens in Superior Oyster Sauce, Fresh Toro, Fresh Salmon and Salmon Roe “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng.
Also offered are roasted Whole Boneless Golden Suckling Pig marinated with Fermented Bean Paste, Pan Fried Fillet of Venison with Fresh Foie Gras in Red Wine, Braised Mian Xian with Live Australian Lobster in Superior Stock, Double Boiled Superior Bird’s Nest, Harsma with Homemade Cream of Almond in Whole Young Coconut and other delectable delicacies.

Hua Ting’s Prosperity Set Menus start from 21 January to 24 February 2012 at $98 or $138 per person (minimum 2 diners), $368 or $428 for 4 persons, $668 for 6 persons, $728 for 8 persons, $888 to $8888 for a table of 10 persons.
Reunion Lunch is served from 11:30am to 2:30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 11:00am to 2:30pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, while Reunion Dinner is from 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily.
Fresh Italian Anchovy “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng ($58.00 for small and $98.00 for large) for a traditional celebratory dish with a twist. Toss to your good fortune for the New Year with our Masterchefs’ Yu Sheng delights available from 21 January 2012.
Popular favourites include Fresh Salmon “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng ($58.00 for small and $98.00 for large) and Sliced Abalone “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng ($78.00 for small and $138.00 for large).
Alternatively savour Fresh Hamachi, Salmon & Crispy Fish Skin Yu Sheng ($88.00 for small and $168 for large) or for a gourmet experience, opt for Live Australian Lobster, Fresh Salmon & Abalone “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng ($388.00 for large).
Traditional ‘Nian Gao’, this time with Assorted Date Paste ($30.80)! Other Lunar New Year delights include the Traditional ‘Nian Gao’ ($30.80), Carrot Cake with Assorted Wax Meat ($30.80), and Cinnamon Blossom Water Chestnut Cake ($30.80). Or celebrate the family reunion with traditional Hua Ting Deluxe “Pen Cai” ($328 for small and $598 for large) served in wooden container filled with a selection of Chinese New Year’s delicacies representing abundance of food and wealth.
Other prosperity dishes include Stewed Big Trotter with “Fai Cai” and Seasonal Greens ($32).
Buffet highlights including Braised Dried Scallop Soup with “Eight Treasures”, Double Boiled Sharks Fin Crabmeat soup, Braised Pig Trotters with Dried Oysters and Black Moss, Roast Chicken with Fermented Beancurd Sauce.
There are also Golden Szechuan Deep-fried Fish, and other Chinese favourites. Toss to a good year ahead with Salmon Yu Sheng at our “DIY Yu Sheng prosperity corner” and Traditional Chinese Pan-fried Nian Gao and Red Bean with Lotus Seed Soup.
Available from 1 to 28 February 2013 for lunch at $48.80 per adult, $24.80 per child from 12:00pm to 2:30pm, hi-tea at $32.80 per adult, $16.80 per child from 3:00pm to 5:30pm and dinner is at $58.80 per adult, $29.40 per child from 6:00pm to 10:00pm (except 9 February at $38.80 per adult, $19.80 per child for hi-tea and at $68.80 per adult, $36.80 per child for dinner).
