According to a release, Caffé B’s exclusive New Year’s Eve Dinner will be available 31 December. It promises a novel selection of luscious, artfully-prepared cuisine from 6pm all the way until 1 January.
Commence an evening of delectable dining with Caffé B’s ‘Cocktail of 2013’, an elegantly creamy Chantilly Mojito that leads delightfully into a welcome appetiser of fresh, mildly sweet Scampi Carpaccio accompanied by Toasted Bread with Sour Cream and Hollandaise Sauce.
Thereafter, savour the smooth richness of the Japanese Pumpkin Cream Soup before tucking into the first main course, a scrumptious, seafood-based creation of Creamy Homemade Ravioli stuffed with Grouper King Fish on Zucchini Sauce, topped with Roasted Scallops and Sea Urchin.
A special point in the meal is marked by the serving of Soba, a ‘Japanese Gift for Long Life’ presented in celebration of a happy and longevous future ahead. Indulge in a luxurious serving of Fresh Oysters and Caviar after, followed by a mouth-wateringly aromatic, succulent second main course of Duck Breast in Orange Sauce with Figs and Port Wine Sauce, coupled with Baby Carrots and Foie Gras.
Flirt with a double dose of decadence by first sampling a beautifully textural pre-dessert of Sweet Crème Brûlée Foam topped with Italian Pralines and Kahlua Pearls before enjoying a more savoury, but surprisingly complementary, dessert of Traditional Italian Yeast Bread coupled with 5 Sauces.
Upon concluding an evening of fine feasting, diners can enjoy an exhilarating countdown to 2013 at Caffé B’s stylish al fresco Bar, from where they can gaze out onto a spectacular view of the fireworks against the breathtaking Marina Bay skyline.
