Select Group mulls Cambodian expansion with new JV
It’s on the lookout for food retail and food court locations.
Select Group’s subsidiary Universal Dining Gloval has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with privately-held Cambodian company M.W Metropolitan International Brands to explore suitable food retail and food court locations in Cambodia.
Select Group intends to form a Joint Venture company under the laws of Cambodia with the combined paid-up capital of USD300,000 in one to two months.
UDG and MWM shall hold 60% and 40%, respectively, of the combined paidup capital of the JVC.
