Sino Grandness launches new range of snack foods
Under new in-house brand Hao Tian Yuan.
In a release, Mainboard-listed Sino Grandness Food Industry Group Limited (Sino Grandness) announced that it has successfully launched a new in-house brand called Hao Tian Yuan to market its latest range of snack food during a tradeshow held in Wuhan city, Hubei Province PRC (Wuhan Tradeshow) in early October 2013.
Mr. Huang Yupeng, Chairman and CEO of Sino Grandness said, “With a population in excess of 1.4 billion people and rising disposable income, China is an exciting market for companies which market consumer products. Given the continued success enjoyed by the Group’s two other in-house brands in the PRC market, namely Garden Fresh for juices as well as Grandness for canned food products, we decided to seize new growth opportunities through leveraging on our expanding customer base and distribution network in the PRC market.”
"After much planning and discussion with the Group’s distributors, we took the opportunity to introduce more than 20 SKUs for our new snack food category during the Wuhan Tradeshow. These new snack food products include dried mushroom, lotus seed, peanuts, raisins, anchovies and dates. The wide product range would enable the Company to capture a broader customer base," said Sino Grandness.
The company also announced that during the Wuhan Tradeshow, Sino Grandness also officially introduced its latest brand building initiative based on a new micro-film titled The Taste of Happiness to promote brand equity and awareness for its own-branded Garden Fresh juices. The Taste of Happiness will be uploaded across all major online platforms in China from 10th October 2013 onwards. Thereafter, the Company intends to launch new TV commercials based on content extracted from the micro-film so that viewers can relate to the TV commercials.
