Grab deepens partnership with Mcdonald’s Singapore
This will integrate GrabPay and GrabRewards ito McDonald's platforms.
Grab announced that it will be expanding its current partnership with Mcdonald’s Singapore.
The collaboration will see the integration of GrabPay and GrabRewards into Mcdonald’s online and in-store ordering and the expansion of Mcdonald’s on-demand delivery capabilities through GrabExpress.
Consumers can use GrabPay across all stores islandwide, on the McDelivery app and website.
Through the use of GrabExpress, Mcdonald’s would be able to scale their on-demand deliveries capabilities.
The partnership will also to the development of a unified insights platform that consolidates trends and statistics across the ordering channels for both companies.
“McDonald’s and Grab have shared many firsts together. They were our first quick-service restaurant partner on GrabFood in Singapore, and also the first restaurant to trial some of our new products and solutions, such as point-of-sale integration and GrabAds which has seen tremendous success," said Yee Wee Tang, Managing Director, Grab Singapore.
