Prapakon Thongtheppairot to sit as ThaiBev’s new CFO
He will take on the role on 1 October.
Prapakon Thongtheppairot will take over the chief financial officer position at Thai Beverage starting 1 October, the company announced.
In a bourse filing, ThaiBev said Prapakon will replace Sithichai Chaikriangkrai who served as Group CFO for 19 years.
Before he was appointed new CFO, Prapakon served as executive vice president of the Deputy Group CFO and CFO International Business.
Thongtheppairot will also “ integrate with his previous role of CFO International Business,” said ThaiBev.
He will also continue to serve as Chief Spirit Product Group, the role he has led since 2016.
“Mr. Prapakon has proven himself well over and shown remarkable leadership not only in Finance, as Deputy Group CFO, but also in managing the Spirit and Beer business. I am very confident that he can take on the role of Group CFO and Chief Spirit Product Group successfully for the achievement of our PASSION 2025 goals,” Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, ThaiBev president and CEO, said.
