SATS food solutions venture arm launches 'food-tainment'
It calls this new F&B concept 'Twyst'.
SATS Ltd. announced that their food solutions venture building arm launched Twyst, a new food and beverage concept which aims to entertain customers with a myriad of pasta options.
The concept will focus on combining both culinary innovation and data-driven consumer insights to create freshly cooked options for consumers. Options can range from chefs’ signature dishes to healthier choices, and will also allow for the personalisation of pasta for their lifestyle and diet.
Data analytics will be used from online channels to modify Twyst’s pasta offerings to meet the audience’s demand. Offline channels, such as targeted tasting sessions and the company’s catering customers would be applied as well. SATS’ chefs will also adopt a digital-first approach to supplement its culinary expertise and fine-tuning of dishes.
Twyst will also be supported by other ventures of the group’s food solutions venture, such as a its hybrid kitchen model and large-scale kitchen capabilities. This, in turn, would allow Twyst to have maintain a wide-rage menu.
