
Singapore food tech startup Advantir raised 7-figure seed funding
Raging Bull Investments led the undisclosed funding.
Food tech startup Advantir Innovations has raised an undisclosed 7-figure seed funding led by Raging Bull Investments and a consortium of investors, including she1K Global, Expara Asia Ventures, Azerus and other angel investors.
Advantir is the creator of the capsule dessert machine branded Swirl.GO that creates four types of soft-serve desserts: ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and frozen yoghurt. It operates with Swirl Pods, which are individual disposable capsules that serve up 100 different flavors.
The capital raised will be used to grow the team, drive new product innovation, and facilitate international expansion.
Advantir Innovations is incubated by NUS Enterprise, the entrepreneurial arm of the National University of Singapore. The company was set up in 2018 by Jeremy Tan, an NUS Overseas Colleges alumnus.
