ThaiBev's Oishi gunning for over 20% sales CAGR

Here are its 3 boosters.

According to Nomura, Oishi is aiming for more than 20% sales CAGR for both divisions over the next couple of years.

Beverage growth is supposed to come from: 1) selling to the masses via Serm Suk and returnable bottles; 2) further penetration of its flagship Original Green Tea; and 3) international expansion via F&N‟s distribution network.

"Restaurant growth will come from: 1) selling to the masses, with the introduction of its quick-service restaurant format, under the Kakashi brand; 2) expanding its high-margin shabu shabu restaurant concept, under Shabushi; and 3) regional expansion through acquisitions and franchising," Nomura said.
