Audrey Yap Su Ming joins Old Chang Kee as director
She is co-founder and managing partner of Yusarn Audrey, a boutique intellectual property and corporate law firm.
Old Chang Kee announced the appointment of Audrey Yap Su Ming as director.
Ms Yap, 51, will also be chairman of Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to an Old Chang Kee report.
She is currently co-founder and managing partner of Yusarn Audrey, a boutique intellectual property and corporate law firm since September 1999.
