Mr Oh, 61, previously worked as regional managing director & head of North Asia at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific Limited in Hong Kong from October 2006 to January 2010.
He also worked as group managing director from June 2010 to December 2010 and served as group chief executive officer from January 2011 to June 30, 2017 at Breadtalk Group Ltd.
