China Dairy Group appoints two non-executive directors

The Board believes the Company will benefit from Zhao Zhongqi and Wang Xin's experience in corporate fund-raising and capital operations.

The Board of China Dairy Group announced the appointmemnt of Zhao Zhongqi and Wang Xin as non-executive director.

Mr Zhao, 32, is currently investment department manager of Xi'an Kaiyuan International Investment since November 2009. Prior to this, he was investment department manager of Xi'an Huahai Medical Info-Tech from November 2006 to November 2009 and business department manager & assistant of managing director, South African subsidiary of Xi'an Huafang Trade from October 2004 to October 2006, according to a China Dairy Group report.

Meanwhile, Mr Wang, 33, is currently vice president of Xi’an Kaiyuan International Investment since 2011. Before this, he was vice president of Zingmobile Group from 2009 to 2011 and general manager of CarrierNet Global (formerly known as ArianeCorp) from 2008 to 2009.
