Dukang Distillers Holdings names Zhang Dingjun as executive director

Meanwhile Gao Feng steps down as executive director due to health reasons.

The Board of Dukang Distillers Holdings announced the appointment of Zhang Dingjun as executive director (finance).

Mr Zhang, 48, will be responsible for overseeing the daily finance and accounting operations of the Group.

He is currently vice president of Dukang Distillers Holdings since March 2013. Prior to this he was chief accountant of Henan Wenfeng Certified Public Accountants from January 2004 to December 2012 and deputy chief accountant of Henan Huaxia Certified Public Accountants from October 1998 to January 2004, according to a Dukang Distillers Holdings report.

Meanwhile, Gao Feng, 41, was responsible for the business direction and development of the Group.

Gao Feng was appointed to the post 28 February 2008.
