Food Junction Holdings appoints Teo Chew Hoon as CEO

She will be responsible for the company's overall operations and its subsidiaries.

The Board of Food Junction Holdings announced the appointment of Teo Chew Hoon as chief executive officer effective 3 April 2013.

Ms Teo, 48, leads the business units of automotive services, buses, taxis and commercial and is responsible for driving growth, new businesses and customer engagement strategies, according to a Food Junction Holdings report.

She was executive vice president, Commercial & Roads Unit of SMRT from March 2011 to 2 April 2013. Prior to this, she was senior vice president, Commercial/Taxis Unit, SMRT from August 2010 to February 2011 and vice president, Commercial of the same company from April 2004 to July 2010.
