Fraser and Neave appoints three non-executive directors
Koh Poh Tiong, Weerawong Chittmittrapap, were picked by the Board behind their expertise and experience, while Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi was chosen following his nomination by a majority stockholder.
The Board of Fraser and Neave announced the appointment of Koh Poh Tiong, Weerawong Chittmittrapap, and Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi.
Mr Koh, 66, was chosen by the Board because of his wide regional expertise in growing the F&B business.
Mr Koh will be also be appointed to the F&B Committee as chairman and to the Board Executive Committee as deputy chairman.
Mr Weerawong, 54, has wide experience as a director on a number of public listed companies and will bring a regional commercial outlook to Board deliberations.
Mr Weerawong will be appointed a member of the Risk Management Committee.
Meanwhile, Mr Panote, 35, has been nominated for appointment by TCC Assets which holds 61.7% of the issued shares of Fraser and Neave.
Mr Panote will be appointed a member of the Board Executive Committee.
