Sakae Holdings appoints Emberlynn Huang as CFO

She was appointed on 12 December 2017.

Emberlynn Huang is responsible for the Group's overall financial accounting, tax and administration matters.

Ms Huang was responsible for the overall finance function and played a key role in implementing process for shipping and logistics operations during her 17 years of working experience as a Finance Manager in Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, Japan. She was the main personnel who liaised with auditors and bankers, besides being the authorised bank signatory for the Company. She also has vast experience in Human Resource, international trade finance and currency hedging.

Prior to this appointment, she has assumed the role of Manager, Organizational Development for Sakae Holdings Ltd.
