Sunmoon Food Company appoints Ng Bie Tjin as independent director

Ms Ng Bie Tjin @ Djuniarti Intan served as the executive director of finance at Datapulse Technology Ltd until November 30, 2014. Ms Ng had been with the Datapulse Technology for 21 years and is responsible for the administration and implementation of the Group's corporate finance strategies and policies, corporate governance, internal control policies and procedures and identification and evaluation of new business opportunities. She has been an independent director at Aspial Corporation Limited since January 20, 2014. She served as an executive director of Datapulse Technology Ltd from January 1994 until November 30, 2014. Ms Ng Holds a Masters in business Administration Degree from the University of Southern California.
