The Board of China Kangda Food Company announced the resignation of Wang Baowang as executive director and chief executive officer.
Mr Wang, 46, was appointed CEO on 3 September 2012 and ED on 28 November 2012, according to a China Kangda Food Company report.
He was responsible for the Company's general operation.
