The lawsuit revolves the appointment of receivers for OUELH’s subsidiaries.
Singapore’s Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal made by Crest Entities in a lawsuit with OUE Lippo Healthcare (OUELH) related to the appointment of receivers over OUELH’s certain subsidiaries, an announcement revealed.
The court ordered that a standby facility is void and that OUELH bears no contractual obligation or liability to the Crest Entities in relation to the Standby Facility and its related contracts or transactions.
The appeal was made in relation to a decision made on 2 July 2018.
“No further appeal may be made in respect of matters decided on by the Court of Appeal,” OUELH said.
