Telehealth startup HiDoc to set up condo-based telehealth kiosk
The company’s first kiosk will serve residents of Ola executive condominium.
Singapore-grown telehealth startup HiDoc has partnered with EVIA real estate, the developer of the upcoming Ola executive condo (EC) in Singapore, to set up HiDoc’s first telehealth kiosk in Ola, according to a press release. The kiosk will enable residents living in Ola to conduct virtual medical consultations with doctors.
Ola is a 548-unit EC project in Sengkang, Singapore, which is set to be completed by December 2026.
Kiosks in Ola will feature a webcam and a touchscreen for the video-enabled doctor consultations. It will contain sensors and devices to capture patients’ temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate amongst others.
Aside from medical appointments, the kiosk will facilitate the delivery of medicines to OLA residents. Residents may also request for house calls or care-giver services via the kiosk.
The integrated platform will include a mobile and web-based solution as well as an app.
The telehealth kiosk will be showcased at Ola’s show gallery on 15 February.
