Best World raises exit offer price to $2.56 from $2.50
The company declared its latest offer final.
Best World has increased its exit offer price to $2.56 per share from the previous $2.50 apiece.
The company stated it would not revise its latest offer further.
In a bourse filing, Best World said it raised its exit offer after reviewing its "most recent financial and cash position."
"The company is of the view that the Final Exit Offer Price reinforces the compelling exit opportunity for eligible shareholders to realise their entire investment in cash at an attractive premium over historical traded prices of the shares up to the last undisturbed trading day amidst low trading liquidity and ongoing market volatility, without incurring brokerage and other trading costs," Best World said.
The historical trading price of Best World shares for the past six months, up to and including the last undisturbed trading day, ranged from $1.60 to $1.83.
