Cordlife Group names Yiu Pang Fai as Group CEO

Tan Poh Lan steps down from the role for personal reasons.

Cordlife Group Limited has appointed Yiu Pang Fai as Group CEO, effective 19 February 2024.

Yiu has succeeded Tan Poh Lan, who seceded as Executive Director and Group CEO but will support the smooth transition.

Yiu has comprehensive experience in finance and investment management, spanning from portfolio management to strategic growth initiatives.

Before his appointment in Cordlife, he served as Executive Director of TransGlobal Group's Family Office division in Hong Kong, managing the evaluation of new investment opportunities and portfolio assets in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

He also served as an Investment Manager at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in Singapore, where he sealed high-profile deals such as the acquisition of Oiltanking Singapore Chemical Storage Pte Ltd and Energy Development Corporation in the Philippines.

Additionally, Yiu has been involved in executive positions for Popular Holdings Limited, Sichuan Chengmian Expressway Co. Ltd., and Hebei Shitai Expressway Co. Ltd. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
