HMI Group merges with MHC Asia Group
The merger would deliver digital healthcare services to three million patients annually.
Health Management International Pte Ltd (HMI Group) is acquiring MHC Asia Group Pte Ltd (MHC).
The merger will reportedly enable MHC's digital health and technology leadership to improve patient engagement and accessibility to appropriate doctors and services and increase cashless payment touchpoints.
It also enables HMI Group to invest in healthcare technology to broaden its scope of care delivery and provide greater access to medical information and analytics for better health outcomes based on the patient's needs and life stages.
The combined resources allow HMI Group and MHC to offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services to over three million patients annually, covering both digital and physical platforms, such as telemedicine, diagnostics, and health screening, as well as primary, specialist, ambulatory, and inpatient care.
