IHH unit to undergo liquidation due to dormancy

The liquidation will not affect IHH’s shareholdings, net assets, and operations.

IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) announced that its subsidiary, Andaman Alliance Healthcare Limited (AAHL) obtained the approval of its shareholders to commence a liquidation pursuant to Section 147 of Myanmar Insolvency Law 2020. 

AAHL was incorporated on 25 January 2016 in Myanmar to facilitate the provision of medical and health-related facilities and services. 

The shareholders agreed to the liquidation as AAHL is dormant and has no business operations with no intention to activate the operations 

The liquidation will not affect IHH's shareholdings and net assets. It is also not expected to have any operational impact on IHH group.
