More employees allowed in workplaces by April
Up to 75% of employees can be at their workplace by 5 April.
With the vaccination rollout gaining traction, Singapore is slowly normalizing its work operations.
The Ministry of Health announed that more employees may return to the workplace starting 5 April.
Whilst employers are encouraged to continue allowing work-from-home setups, the cap of employees allowed at their workplace will be raised from 50% to 75% capacity.
The Health Ministry suggested flexible working times and staggered start times to lower transmission risk and prevent crowding. Physical distancing, mask wearning, and regular cleaning of common spaces should still be implemented.
Persons between the ages of 45 to 59 may also start registering their interest for the ongoing vaccination programme.
