Chia Chor Leong stepped down as Mary Chia's director
He wanted to focus on other professional endeavors.
Mr. Chia, 61, acted as chairman of Nominating Committee, member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees in accordance with the terms of reference of the respective committees, and as director exercised joint and several responsibilities with the Board of Directors.
Mr. Chia is a consultant at Central Chambers. His practice started in 1981. He specializes in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He had clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Pakistan, Philippines, U.K. and the U.S.
