Medtecs International Corporation appoints Lim Yeow Beng as independent director
He was also a member of audit, nominating and remuneration committee.
The Nominating Committee has considered Mr Lim Yeow Beng's experience and background appropriate to be appointed as an independent director of the company. The board has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and approved Mr Lim Yeow Beng's appointment as a Director in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Directors pursuant to the Company's bye-laws.
Mr Lim Yeow Beng Previously served as group director and CEO of the ST Logistics Group of companies, Toll Logistics Holdings/ ST Logistics Pte Ltd from April 2005 to December 2014.
